V-Fit Bootcamp is a 6-week course that is creatively designed to help you progress in every session with 2 sessions per week. This will greatly help you to make gains in every session and you’ll be able to feel your self-reliance grow as you learn various training methods and exercises. Every class lasts 50 minutes with the use of functional equipment such as suspension cables, medicine balls, kettlebells and barbells.

These classes are taken by professional trainer who will help and assist you progress in every exercise correctly and safely. In this way, you can be sure that you have the knowledge and confidence to perform every exercise in each session. Car Parking At Verite Fitness

We only have two allocated parking spaces on Anchor Street that can be used if free at any time when visiting the salon or fitness studio. If these spaces are full you can use Sainsbury’s car park between 8am-5pm you can park for £2 for up to two hours in the day or spend £5 in Sainsbury’s store you’ll get free parking. If you come between the times of 6am-8am or after 5:30pm onwards Sainsbury’s offers you free parking, you can also park on roads at the pay and display meters as well.

Notice: To guarantee your spot on the course you must pay the full amount of £60 for the course before taking part.
