At Verite Fitness, our personal training program incorporates a tri-phase training cycle to maximize your outcomes in strength enhancement, fat reduction, muscle development, and muscular endurance. Additionally, to push your mental and physical limits, each training session concludes with a fitness challenge. (It’s more fun than it sounds 😄)

For the best results, we advise committing to at least two training sessions per week under our guidance.

Pricing options for personal training are flexible. Individual sessions are available at £34 each. However, we suggest opting for our package deals for greater savings: 5 sessions are available for £155, reducing the cost to £31 per session; 10 sessions are priced at £300, bringing the rate down to £30 per session; and our best value offer is 20 sessions for £560, which equates to just £28 per session.
