I am a hardworking, committed and determined person, and ever since I can remember, I’ve had a real interest in sport, fitness and having a healthy lifestyle. From playing competitive sport to a high level, to working towards a specific goal, I believe that the right attitude makes all the difference. I believe that everyone should be given the opportunity to take part in physical activity, and be encouraged and motivated at every stage to continue with the positive steps they are making, ensuring at all times that they are exercising in a supportive and friendly environment. I’m especially interested in people’s fitness journeys. Whether that be from a non-exerciser to taking part in regular physical activity, or a regular exerciser who is training hard for a specific event or goal. Helping support these people, in even the smallest way, would be a real pleasure for me. I enjoy helping people achieve their fitness or health goals, and seeing the positive changes this makes on that person’s life. This inspires me to improve myself every day, keep learning, and keep pushing to achieve my own personal goals.
